Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate between planning, cutting, sewing, and finishing departments
- Monitor production progress and update reports regularly
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or relevant field
- 2–4 years of experience in woven garment production
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and production tracking tools
